As many of you have or have not heard, this Coach Jack Corliss suffered a massive stroke. He is on the long road to recovery and needs your help. In an effort to help there will be a Fundraising Texas Hold'em Tournement held on Saturday Nov.29th at 8pm at D'Ag's tavern on route 611 in Pipersville. There will be a $50 buy in. Please come out and lend your support even if you don't play poker, we'll be taking donations or you could even sponsor your favorite player.

 We'll have prizes for the winners and the rest of the proceeds will go directly to Jack and his family. Thank you in advance for your support.

Instructions: Save this application to your computer using the title-"Flag Coach Application-(your last name)" Complete the saved copy and email it to football-comm@ppyf.com or print and fax it in!

• All coaches (Head & Asst.) must complete the online coach's certification level 1 which will then be good for three years. You can access the site for USA Football from our "Links" page.

• BACKGROUND CHECKS must be obtained by all coaching staff, and field volunteers and turned into our President. You can access this site from our "Links" page.

• Palisades Youth Football Camp
- Brian Gilbert, the head coach of PHS Football Program, hosts a 2-day football camp for youth players from ages 5 - 14. Coach Gilbert, his staff and players work directly with the participants in developing the fundamentals of football.
- Fee: $50.00/registrant which includes a free camp t-shirt
- Saturday & Sunday, July 26th & 27th (2008) from 9:00am to Noon
