What you will need:
A completed registration packet
Registration & associated fees (which include)

$125 per child for tackle football
$90 per child for flag football
$95 per child for any cheer registration

Plus
$50 for raffle tickets that you can keep (& enter yourself ) or sell to recoop your money

Plus
a $50 concession stand check (per family) which is refundable upon completion of your concession duty (help us out in the snack stand and get your check back!)

You will find the PDF (below) that includes all necessary forms for participation in our program.

Please note:
All forms must be completed and returned to PPYF no later than July 1, 2007.
Physical forms MUST be dated in 2008.
