2019 Football & Cheer Registration

 

 

Registration Steps:

 

1. Registration is now closed for the 2019 Football & Cheer season.  


2. 2019 Registration Fees 

 

Rookies/Flag football: $90

Junior Varsity/Varsity (tackle) football: $120

Cheer: $120

 

     Please visit the Football Tab for information on age requirements for flag and tackle football.

 

  • Registration fee includes jersey for football and sweatshirt for cheer.
  • Checks should be made payable to PPYF.

 

3.  $50 Snack Stand Check

 

  • Check will be returned upon completion of snack stand duties.
  • Snack stand check should be a separate check from registration fees, and should be made payable to PPYF.
  • Only 1 snack stand check is required per family.

 

4.  Checks should be made payable to PPYF and should be handed in to your coach/team mom on the first day of practice (cheer), or at any of our in person sign up dates.  Football players please plan on attending the mandatory skills camp on Sunday, July 28th from 1-4pm at the High School Football Field.  We will be collecting registration fees and snack stand checks at that time.  Equipment WILL NOT be issued until registration fees are paid in full.

 

5.  Include a copy of your child's birth certificate (first year players only) and a current picture (2''x3''). 12 year old players will also be required to submit a report card for proof of grade level.

 

6.  Complete a 2019 PPYF Medical Form.  All medical forms MUST be dated after January 1, 2019.  All forms, including medical forms, must be completed before the first day of practice or your player/cheerleader WILL NOT be able to participate.
