2012 Registration


 

 


  
What you will need:
A completed registration packet
Registration & associated fees (which include)

TBD per child for tackle football
TBD per child for flag football
TBD per child for any cheer registration

Plus
$50 for raffle tickets that you can keep (& enter yourself ) or sell to recoup your money

Plus

$50 concession stand check (per family) which is refundable upon completion of your concession duty (help us out in the snack stand and get your check back!)

You will find the all necessary 2012 season forms for participation in our program on the "Forms" page.

Please note:
If not registering online please complete the forms prior to arriving at registration in order to expedite your registration process. Physical forms MUST be dated in the current season year (ie. after January 1st)  All forms must be completed before the first day of practice or your player/cheerleader WILL NOT be able to participate.
