Registration
New for the 2010 season is ONLINE REGISTRATION! You will find a link here that will direct you to register from the comfort of your own home, work, or wherever you like to be. You will need to create a username & password. If your child was registered last year, enter their name and all their information should auto fill. Review the information for accuracy, complete payment and you're done! You will receive an email confirmation which will include all the forms (ie: physical forms, parental consent, concession, etc) which can be downloaded from that email. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED & TURNED IN PRIOR TO THE START OF THE SEASON OR YOUR CHILD WILLNOT BE ELIGABLE TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL THEY ARE RECEIVED.
If you prefer you can also download & print all registration forms (below), fill them out and come register in person at the Palisades Middle School on 4/24 or 5/15 from 9am to noon.
Please note that a mandatory weigh in date will be announced on this via email for football players to weighed and fitted for equipment so check back periodically for the latest information.
To register in person, print and complete the registration papers found on our "Forms" page. Bring the completed forms to the Palisades Middle School on the following dates:
Saturday, April 24th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Saturday, May 15th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
What you will need:
A completed registration packet
Registration & associated fees (which include)
$130 per child for tackle football
$100 per child for flag football
$115 per child for any cheer registration
Plus
$50 for raffle tickets that you can keep (& enter yourself ) or sell to recoop your money
Plus
a $50 concession stand check (per family) which is refundable upon completion of your concession duty (help us out in the snack stand and get your check back!)

If not registering online please complete the forms prior to arriving at registration in order to expedite your registration process. Physical forms MUST be dated in the current season year (ie. after January 1st) All forms must be completed before the first day of practice or your player/cheerleader WILL NOT be able to participate.
